How do we have your personal data?
We have obtained your personal information through the membership forms in NJLM, or with the request that you have taken electronically
in order to receive our news.
What personal data do we deal with?
The data we deal with for legitimate purposes, which we later explain to you, are the necessary ones to keep in touch with you:
Full name - email - Postal adress
In addition, in the case of permanent members:
Identity document - Telephone - Mobile phone - IBAN (International Bank Account Number) - Membership fee.
With which objective do we deal with your personal data?
In order to fulfill our mission we treat the data of our members, partners and supporters for these purposes:
- Send information about NJLM via SMS, phone, postal or email.
- Invite you to events organized by NJLM.
- The collection of membership fees and donations, where appropriate.
When and for what reason can we provide your information to third parties?
NJLM DOES NOT shares your data to third parties, except for the Public Administration in compliance with the legal obligations
that
NJLM is subject to for its activity.
If in the future
NJLM should give you your personal data, we will inform you in a timely manner.
Do we make international data transfers?
NJLM uses services of technology providers located only in countries of the European Union and, therefore, also subject to the guarantees
of the
General Regulation of Data Protection. Furthermore, your sensible data is stored in local files, guaranteed by our care and vigilance.

How long will we store your data?
Personal data will be preserved while maintaining the relationship with
NJLM and, after finishing it for whatever reason,
during the legal prescription periods that may be applicable. In this case, they will be treated only for the purpose of proving compliance with our
legal and contractual obligations. Once the prescription deadlines have been completed, your data will be deleted.
What are your rights?
You can exercise the
right of access, rectification, deletion and portability, limitation and / or opposition to the treatment,

If you consider that the treatment of your personal data violates the regulations or your privacy rights, you can file a complaint:
